What creators ask before they send a first pitch
Do I need a big following?
No. A hotel is buying content for its own channels, not access to your audience, so an engaged few thousand beats a quiet eighty. Plenty of stays on the board are sized for exactly where you are now.
What am I actually agreeing to?
The nights, the room, what is included, the deliverables and the terms, all settled in writing before you travel. Nothing is renegotiated once you are on the property.
Who pays for getting there?
The stay is the room and whatever the property lists as included. Travel is yours unless the arrangement says otherwise, and it says so up front rather than after you have asked.
What if they do not like the work?
Delivered work goes for review first. If something needs a change you are asked for it against the brief you both agreed, not against a standard nobody wrote down.
Do I keep what I shoot?
Yes. Every piece stays on your own profile where the next property can see it. The hotel gets what you agreed with them and nothing wider than that.
Can I pitch a hotel that is not listed?
Yes. Pitch Pilot finds properties that fit whether or not they have posted a stay, and drafts the first message from that hotel’s own details.
How do I get paid?

How long is a typical stay?
Two nights is the most common. Long enough to shoot properly without holding a room over a weekend. The nights are stated on every stay before you pitch.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Building your profile, browsing every open stay and sending a pitch are all free, and nothing is sent until you say so.
